WOLFDOWN ACQUIRES HIERARCH DEVELOPER

CANOGA PARK, CA. – WOLFDOWN MEDIA ACCRETION, publisher of global hit title CONFLICT WAR: RAID OF LEGENDS, today announced the acquisition of Forensic Seance Entertainment, developers of the forthcoming game-subscription-as-a-service title HIERARCH®: CALL OF THE VOYANCER®.

This latest maneuver continues WOLFDOWN’s global expansion strategy of investing in top-tier talent before they realize it’s too late. 

Forensic Seance is the eleventh independent studio acquired by WOLFDOWN, joining a cadre of highly skilled development teams that have since closed their doors.

Forensic Seance will partner under WOLFDOWN with its dedication to innovative gameplay, its unwavering loyalty to the player community, and over forty combined months of game development experience.

With Forensic Seance’s undeniable ability to capture the imaginations of gamers before cart abandonment, this latest move further broadens WOLFDOWN’s portfolio of intellectual properties its shareholders will decide the fate of.

Forensic Seance Entertainment will continue to operate as an independent development studio inextricably owned by WOLFDOWN, and its internal organization will remain in place, including its leadership team. In addition to HIERARCH®, Forensic Seance will begin development on a mobile version that adds gacha mechanics and removes all other mechanics.
