Hierarchists! Thank you for making PAX East the biggest, wildest, most explosive learning experience we’ve had in years. The team was overwhelmed by the outpouring of appraisal from fans, attendees, and passersby alike!
If you couldn’t make it out to Boston this weekend, here’s what you missed out on:
We were worried that our show-exclusive merch wouldn’t make it through customs in time for the show, but as it turned out, rough seas were the actual reason that nothing arrived. Our thoughts are with the crew of HKL Ever Golden, as well as Jiangsu Yangzijiang Shipbuilding Group. Pulling for ya!
Even missing ethernet cables couldn’t stop the excitement—our 2025 HIERARCH® Bout-To-Crown kicked off thanks to Tracfone’s very reasonably priced 4G tethering. Our seasoned competitors embraced the challenge of ping climbing north of 2000ms, but in the end only [BOT]WillfulForestMinuet_ and his crew will progress to the Pre-Crown Gauntlet starting in June.
Thanks to everyone who “turned out” for our massive gameplay reveal panel, “HIERARCH®: A LEGEND UNVEALED [sic]” which itself “turned out” to not be on the official schedule. But we stretched that fat lemon into hard lemonade with a little help from Boston’s famous Lawn on D, and the parking structure at 525 E St after security told us to disperse.
